What is Easeup?
Easeup is a student-led initiative focused on raising awareness about anxiety and promoting mental well-being. We aim to educate, de-stigmatize mental health issues, and offer practical tools and insights to help individuals cope with anxiety.
Who created this website?
This website was created by a group of psychology students from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University. It is part of an academic project aimed at mental health education and digital outreach.
Is the information on Easeup professional medical advice?
No. While we do our best to share accurate and helpful content, Easeup is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological help. If you're experiencing severe anxiety or mental health challenges, we strongly recommend speaking to a qualified professional.
Can I share the content on Easeup with others?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share our resources with friends, classmates, or anyone who may benefit — just be sure to give proper credit and link back to our site when appropriate.
Is my personal data safe when I visit Easeup?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle any data collected.
Can I contact your team directly?
Yes! If you have questions, suggestions, or just want to share your thoughts, feel free to contact us via our contact page or email us at wellness@jinnah.edu.pk.
Do you offer one-on-one counseling?
No, we do not provide counseling services. Our goal is to provide awareness and coping tools — not therapy. If you need personal support, we highly recommend reaching out to a certified mental health professional.
Where can I find professional help?
We'll be adding a resource list soon with links to helplines, therapists, and trusted mental health platforms. Until then, you can explore local mental health services or consult your university's counseling center. For immediate support, you can also contact our university's wellness department at wellness@jinnah.edu.pk or call (021) 111 878 787.
